Deposits are
non-refundable. We do
not select nor sell
puppies based on color.
In the event that
purchaser changes mind
of purchase of puppy,
deposit non-refundable.
In the event that
purchaser purchases a
puppy from another
breeder, deposit
non-refundable.
If
we have a
puppy available and
purchaser but does not
want the puppy
their
deposit is
non-refundable and
deposit
will not be
carried over to another
litter unless
Breeder/Seller agrees to
do so.
Show homes
will be placed first.
We reserve the right at
all times to refuse the
sale of a puppy/dog.
In the event we refuse
sale of puppy/dog,
deposit will be refunded
in full.
This is the
only time a deposit will
be refunded.
Deposit is applied to
purchase price.
Puppy
Deposit is
$350.00.
Remaining balance,
including shipping &
handling, to be paid
by
the time the puppies are
6 weeks.
Puppies
will
not
be
released
until
funds
have
cleared
the
bank.
Breeder
reserves
the
right
to
resell
any
puppy
not
paid
for
by
this
time
and
purchaser forfeits
deposit.
Puppies will
be picked up/shipped
when the puppies are 8
weeks.
A $10.00 per
day boarding fee will be
added to puppies past 9
weeks..
This
document
is
a
binding
legal
contract and
is
enforceable
in
the
state
of
Arkansas.
Payment of a deposit is
agreement to the above
Deposit Contract.
